About the author

I’m Sarah, a former competitive gymnast, dancer, and ballet teacher, I’ve always been active and loved movement. I was also a certified fitness professional and ballet teacher for almost ten years. However, after becoming a new mother and struggling to balance work, raising a baby, and maintaining relationships, my mental health took a major hit. I realized that I needed to prioritize my health and make some changes.

So, I made the brave decision to quit my job and focus on my mental health. I started selling digital art on Etsy, and finally began to do the things that bring me joy. This was a turning point in my life, and I’m now on a mission to inspire others to do the same. The Lazy Girl Co. is the perfect resource for anyone looking for tips on health and wellness.

I know it’s cliche to say this, but in all honest truth. You need to remember, it’s never too late to start living the life you’ve always dreamed of. Subscribe to my Breath Blog and join me on this journey towards a happier, healthier you.
